The selected mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, where the control group (n=14) was treated by drinking distilled water; the deionized water group (n=13) was treated by drinking deionized water; the low fluoride exposure group (n=14) was treated by drinking sodium fluoride solution at 3mg/L; the medium fluoride exposure group (n=8) was treated by drinking sodium fluoride solution at 6mg/L; the high fluoride exposure group (n=12) was treated by drinking sodium fluoride solution at 10mg/L. Sodium fluoride solution was prepared by adding sodium fluoride into free water, and mice were fed with yeast food. The exposure during lasted 8 weeks.; One-month old male Kunming mice, weighting between 18 and 22g, were provided by Jinhua Institute for Drug Control for the experiment. |
