The 96 one-month old Wistar albino rats were randomly divided into four groups of 12 females and 12 males in each group.; Along with their standard diet, 96 one-month old Wistar albino rats, half males and half females, each weighing approximately 50 g, were obtained from the Experimental Animal Center of Shanxi Medical University for use in this study….and were maintained on the diets and water regimens shows in Table 1 under standard conditions of temperature (22–25 deg C), 12/12-hr. light/dark cycle, ventilation, and hygiene. |
