Appropriate behavioral testing methods with all groups tested at same developmental time point (++ for assessment methods). Spatial learning and memory were assessed using the Barnes spatial maze. Maze performance was monitored using an automated tracking system (Polytrack, SD Instruments, San Diego, CA) which measured locomotor speed, distance traveled in the maze, and latency to find the escape hole. Study did not report if outcome assessors were blind to dose group. However, performance in both neurobehavioral tests was recorded and data analyzed using a video tracking program.
