Two experiments were performed, but results from Morris water maze were presented only from females in Exp 1. Figure 2 reports that findings in female offspring were significant in both Exp 1 and 2 (p<0.005). Male offspring were also tested, but no data were presented. "In the Morris water maze (MWM) test of learning in Exp. 1, males from all groups exhibited learning across the 4-day period, as evaluated by RMANOVA of the latency to reach the platform (F(3,42) ΒΌ 13.77, P , 0.0001), with no significant genotype or PBDE effects or interactions (Fig. 2)."
